This was once a Victorian villa, but then renovated to become flats. According to Coxe, it was subject to three litigation suits between 1904 and 1907. Three publications (Daily Express, Daily Mail and occult magazine Light) printed accounts of paranormal phenomena which could have affected the value of the property.
