Norwich Castle

Norwich Castle

Norwich Castle was founded some time between 1066 and 1075, when William the Conqueror ordered its construction because he wished to have a fortified place in the important city of Norwich. It proved to be his only castle in East Anglia.

The castle is reputedly haunted by a woman in black Victorian-era clothing.
